I build focused invoice automation and PDF data extraction workflows in n8n. Based on the package, the workflow can monitor an inbox or folder, read PDF or image files with OCR and AI, extract agreed fields, validate required values, check for duplicates, and send clean records to Google Sheets, Airtable, CSV, or another approved system.
You receive the working workflow, n8n export, test results, and a short handover video.
I do not promise perfect extraction from every scan. Results depend on document quality and layout, so uncertain records are flagged for human review. Accounting decisions, payments, and final compliance approval stay with your team.

Yes, after reviewing samples. Low-quality images, handwriting, unusual layouts, and damaged scans may require additional testing or manual review.
2. Can the workflow monitor an email inbox?
Yes. It can monitor a supported inbox or cloud folder when that connection is included in the selected package.
3. Can you guarantee 100 percent extraction accuracy?
No responsible OCR provider can guarantee perfect results for every document. I test the agreed samples and flag uncertain or incomplete records for review.
4. Which output systems can you use?
Common outputs include Google Sheets, Airtable, CSV files, databases, and supported APIs. Please confirm your destination before ordering.
5. Will I receive the n8n workflow?
Yes. You receive the agreed workflow export and handover material, subject to the licensing rules of any third-party services used.
6. Are software and API charges included?
No. n8n hosting, OCR, AI, accounting software, and other usage charges remain the client's responsibility.
7. What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects the agreed workflow or field mapping. A new document type, application, field set, or business process is additional scope.
8. Do I need to share passwords?
No passwords should be sent in ordinary messages. Use client-owned accounts, limited permissions, temporary access, or supported credential-sharing methods.
