About this gig
Have an AI mobile app idea? I build working iOS and Android apps with React Native and Expo, from the first usable flow to a launch-ready MVP.
Im Umer, a Senior software and AI engineer with 7+ years of experience. Ive worked on 50+ mobile apps across the App Store and Google Play, including subscription apps and an offline AI app.
What I can build:
- AI assistants, document Q&A, voice or image workflows
- Mobile UI, login, profiles, databases and secure APIs
- Subscriptions, payments and cloud backends
- On-device AI when the model and target phones support it
- Test builds, QA and app-store submission support
I deliver source code, a testable build and a clear handover. I can also finish or repair an existing React Native app.
Each package covers a defined number of screens and one agreed AI workflow. Advanced RAG, real-time voice, custom model training, complex native features and offline AI need a custom quote. API, cloud and store-account fees are paid by the buyer.
Message me with your idea, target devices and existing code or designs so I can confirm the right scope.

FAQ
Can you build for both iOS and Android?
Yes. I use React Native and Expo to build for both platforms. I’ll confirm device and native-feature requirements before development.
Can you build an entire app rather than a chatbot screen?
Yes. Standard and Premium cover defined mobile product flows, including UI, backend, user accounts, data, and an AI feature. Larger products can be delivered through a custom offer and milestones.
Can the AI work offline on the phone?
Potentially. I have worked on an offline AI mobile app. On-device AI requires a feasibility check for model size, device performance, battery use, and the features you need.
Can you work on an existing app?
Yes. Share the repository, current build status, and the issue or feature list. I’ll scope a repair or completion offer.
Will you publish the app?
Premium includes release preparation and submission support using your Apple and Google developer accounts. Store review and approval timelines are controlled by the stores.
