FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
I primarily work with Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files. If your data is in another format, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm that I can process it.
What counts as one item?
One item means one product row in your dataset. Packages are designed for standard product datasets with up to 30 columns. Please contact me first if your file has an unusually complex structure.
What can you clean or correct?
I can correct inconsistent formatting, spacing, capitalization, duplicates, column structure and other common product-data issues. I can also standardize existing product names, categories and fields when the source data allows it.
Will you fill in missing product information?
I will never invent technical specifications or factual product information. Missing or uncertain data can be flagged for review. If enrichment requires external research or new content creation, please contact me before ordering.
Will you upload the products directly to my store?
This gig covers cleaning and organizing your product data and delivering the completed file. Direct uploads to Shopify, WooCommerce or other ecommerce platforms are not included unless agreed separately before ordering.
