I’ll need access to your social media accounts, details about your brand, your goals, and any existing content or style preferences you have.
Do you offer one time services or ongoing management?
Both. I can help with one time setup/strategy or ongoing monthly management.
Do you respond to comments and DMs as well?
Yes — community engagement (responding to comments and DMs in your brand voice) is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package, it can be added as a gig extra.
How do we communicate during the project?
I'll communicate with you through Fiverr messages to keep everything on record. I respond within 1–2 hours during business hours and will send a progress update at every key milestone. For ongoing work, I'll send a weekly check in summary.
What platforms do you specialize in?

Can I approve content before it gets posted?

Either works! I can post directly, or I can prepare and schedule all content through a tool like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite — whichever you prefer. I'll never need your personal login password; most tools allow secure team access.

Can I request revisions?
Yes, every package includes at least one round of revisions. If you'd like additional revision rounds, that can be added as a gig extra. I always aim to get things right the first time, so I'll ask for clear feedback before I begin.
