About this gig
Getting Amazon KDP files approved on IngramSpark requires strict adherence to specific print standards. Rejections frequently occur due to incorrect margins, improper bleed settings, or RGB color profiles.
This service resolves those technical errors. I modify your existing files into compliant, print-ready PDFs fully optimized for IngramSpark approval.
What This Service Fixes:
- CMYK color profile conversion and 240% ink limit correction.
- Spine width calculations based on precise paper stock.
- Bleed and trim size modifications.
- Margin and gutter formatting for puzzle and activity book interiors.
- Resolution validation (300 DPI) and font embedding.
My workflow is fast and exact. Send your current KDP files to get your book print-ready.

FAQ
Q: Do you design covers from scratch?
A: No. This service focuses entirely on formatting and converting your existing design files to meet platform specifications.
Q: Will these files pass the IngramSpark automated check?
A: Yes. The delivered PDFs are correctly sized and color-profiled to pass the automated technical review without errors.
Q: What if I only have a flattened PDF and no source files?
A: I can fix most flattened PDFs by resizing and adjusting margins directly. Please message me with the file before ordering for a manual check.
Q: Can you format high-page-count activity books?
A: Yes. The Standard and Premium packages are built specifically to handle the thick spines and complex inner margins of puzzle and low-content books.
