Paying a new Chinese supplier without checking them first is the biggest risk in importing. I am based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, and I can check suppliers and goods for you in person or by live video before you pay the balance.
What I check:
- Business license and company registration details
- Whether the supplier is a real factory or a trader
- Workshop, stock, samples and production status
- Product quality against your photos, sample or checklist
- Quantity, cartons, labels and shipping marks
You receive a clear report with photos, video and a list of any issues, so you can decide to pay, ask for rework or stop.
Visits in Yiwu and nearby are covered by the package. For factories in other cities (for example Foshan, Guangzhou, Ningbo or Shenzhen) travel cost is quoted separately before the order.

Can you inspect factories outside Yiwu?
Yes. Yiwu and nearby areas are covered in the package price. For other cities, I quote travel cost and timing in a custom offer before you order.
What standard do you inspect against?
Your own checklist, approved sample or product photos. If you do not have a checklist, I prepare a simple one with you before the inspection.
Can you stop a bad shipment?
I report problems the same day with photos and video. You decide if the supplier should rework, replace or ship. I then follow up with the supplier for you.
Do you test products in a lab or issue certificates?
No. This is a visual and practical inspection. If you need lab tests or certificates, I can ask the supplier for their existing reports or help you book a testing lab.
