About me
I build Retell AI voice receptionists specifically for plumbing, HVAC, and home service businesses. My AI agents are designed to greet callers, answer service FAQs, collect customer names, phone numbers, service addresses, and repair details, and identify urgent requests. I create customized conversation prompts based on each business's services and working hours, then test the agent through browser calls before delivery. My focus is simple: help service businesses handle customer inquiries more efficiently.
