The plan usually covers WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, security scans, basic performance checks, uptime monitoring, backups, and a limited amount of small fixes/content edits per month (as defined in the package).
What is NOT included in the maintenance plan?
Large new features, full redesigns, complex custom development, marketing services, or emergency recovery from third‑party mistakes are outside the standard plan and require a separate custom offer.
How do you handle updates to avoid breaking the site?
