Prior to hire I asked him if he could do it and he said yes. He prolionged the job almost a month for three hours work then he didnt listen to my instructions. Nothing he did helps me.

I sent more info in the job description than I received. I expected more professional results, not Wikipedia sources and general items I could Google myself.
