A bot is not hard to write. A bot that survives contact with real users is. Rate limits, duplicate webhooks, payment callbacks that arrive twice, users who press the same button five times I handle all of it, because I write backend software full time and this what breaks in production.

FAQ
I have never ordered a bot before. What do you need from me?
Just a description of what the bot should do, the way you would explain it to a new employee. I create the bot token with you in a two-minute call or by message, and handle everything technical from there.
Can the bot take payments?
Yes. Telegram Stars, bank cards through a payment provider, and subscription access to private channels or groups. Payment flows are tested end to end before delivery, including what happens when a payment fails or arrives twice.
Will I be able to change things myself later?
That is what the admin panel is for. From the Business package up, you get a panel where you manage texts, prices, products and users without touching code or messaging me.
What is a Telegram Mini App and do I need one?
It is a full web interface that opens inside Telegram - a shop, a booking form, a dashboard with no app store and no separate install. You need one when buttons and messages are not enough. If a normal bot solves your problem, I will say so.
Where does the bot run after delivery?
On your server, with process management so it restarts if it crashes, plus logs and failure alerts. If you do not have a server, I can set one up - a small VPS is usually enough and costs a few dollars a month.
What if something breaks after delivery?
You get 14 days of free fixes. After that I am still available, and because you have the full source code and documentation, any developer can pick it up. You are never locked to me.
