About this Gig
I have extensive experience in researching ancestry for family members, friends, and clients, I have experience in building family trees, researching genealogy, and locating difficult records.
I will try to answer all your genealogy questions to the best of my ability and the services I provide can be adjusted specifically to meet your genealogical goals. While a genealogy search is not guaranteed to yield any information, I will provide you with information to take your research forward.
I will search for vital records (birth, marriage, and death), census records, immigration records, military documents, and other documents relevant to your family tree. Expertise areas include United States, as well as England and Ireland. My previous experience includes working with European records as well.

Will you send me whatever documentation you find?
Yes, all the documents found will be included and uploaded to your family tree or included with the delivery
Will you send me a report along with documentation?
Yes, you will get a text report with your family information and findings.
Can I hire you to find a living relative?
In general, it is hard to research living people due to privacy laws. I do research property heirs for estates and missing people based on DNA matching. I also locate lost children for law enforcement, and people missing due to war in other countries, BUT this needs to be discussed.
Should I contact you before purchasing a Gig?
Yes, please contact me if you have any questions before you order to avoid misunderstandings or mistakes, especially if there is a "wall" or complication in your lineage.
Do you offer refunds?
I used to be open to offering refunds if I couldn't find what you asked for, despite investing hours of my time to search and investigate YOUR family history, BUT the abuse of my time and lack of respect for the efforts, made me decide on this policy of no refunds.
What if none of your genealogy package options fit my budget?
I can usually work with you on an hourly basis and pace your project over a longer time period. Please contact me ahead of time. We can easily agree on an option that will fit your budget, and we can always create a custom offer that works for both of us.
Do you do genealogy for every country?
Yes, I can do genealogy around the world. I have the tools and expertise to work in many languages and cultures. Some are more difficult than others, especially war-torn or occupied areas or where language/access becomes an issue
How much does it cost?
It is hard to specifically quote a price. For example, I have been working on my personal genealogy for 16 years and seem to always find more...It is best for your you to set some realistic goals and a budget to begin with. After we build a basic tree, you can decide what to focus on.
How do I know if you are a good genealogist?
I have been doing this for over 16 years and have a great track record of success, also look at all my 5-star reviews. I also have an MBA education and continue to learn, see all my certifications and continuing education...I am the right guy for you!
My services include...
The cost of my hourly service is $25, which is half price of the going rate of $50-100. I have 16+ years of expertise, and subscribe to a dozen databases, software packages and genealogy platforms to accommodate everyone around the world. The best part is my great attitude is FREE:)

Even though I supplied are large amount of information he was not able to find anything new, no dates, no documents, nothing I had asked for. I understand this happens sometimes and things can be hard to find. If you’re charging this rate the lack of findings is not acceptable.
