How often do you run updates?
I check all sites at a minimum weekly (more often daily). If there is an important update to prevent security issues, I will address those right away. I often wait a week or two before implementing major WordPress or theme updates so that all the bugs get ironed out first.
What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?
I do my best to ensure compatibility before each and every update. All updates are first done on my local server, then pushed to a test website and only then to your live website. In those rare scenarios, we quickly repair the issue and contact the plugin or theme author so they can work on a patch.
What is the cost for additional work beyond the scope of the maintenance plan?
My maintenance clients get a 20% discount on my hourly rate, and subsequently to most of my Fiverr gigs.
Do you offer discounts for managing more than one site?
Yes, I offer improved pricing for clients with 3 or more websites.
