IMPORTANT TERMS & DISCLAIMER:
-Scope of Service: I will draft all requested documents for your uncontested divorce or agreed paternity/custody/child support case. I am a document preparer only and do not provide legal advice or court representation.
-Client Responsibility:
- Parties will need to provide me with all requested documents (e.g., 3 most recent pay stubs for child support calculation, current addresses, etc.) asap.
- Parties will be solely responsible for: filing the documents, paying all associated filing fees, appearing in court (if required), and completing the mandatory parenting class (if children are involved).
- For uncontested divorce cases involving asset or debt division, the parties are solely responsible for ensuring that all pending matters, accounts, and marital property details are fully disclosed, resolved, and accounted for in the final documents. I can only include the information provided to me.
-Flat Fee Policy: This is a non-refundable flat fee. If either party changes their mind or withdraws consent after the work begins, no refund will be provided.
-Service is limited to cases filed in Oklahoma only.
