Will you create the posts or only schedule them?
I create the included static feed designs, write captions from your approved product information, prepare the calendar and schedule approved posts. Please supply original product photos and brand assets.
How many different posts do I get?
Basic includes 3 original feed designs. Standard includes 8 and Premium includes 12. Monthly plans reuse the same core designs on Instagram and Facebook, with captions adapted for each. Premium also includes 4 Story adaptations of included posts.
Can I try the service before buying a monthly plan?
Yes. The 7-Day Brand Starter covers one platform and 3 posts so you can assess the visual style, content process and communication before choosing a larger order.
Do I approve the content before it goes live?
Yes. I send the proposed calendar and content for approval before scheduling. Please provide consolidated feedback promptly so publishing stays inside the agreed service window.
Do you guarantee followers, engagement or sales?
No. This service delivers the agreed content and publishing work. Reach, engagement, followers and sales depend on factors outside the content manager's control.
Are Reels, ads and customer messages included?
These packages cover static organic content. Video/Reels, paid ads, account creation, inbox management and comment replies are excluded. Please message before ordering if you need another scope.
How do you access my accounts?
Use a supported account role or scheduling connection with only the permissions needed for the work. Please do not send passwords in Fiverr messages. Confirm access and scheduling compatibility before ordering.
What does a revision include?
A revision round covers one consolidated list of changes to the included content within the approved brief. New products, new offers, a new visual direction or additional posts require a separate agreement.
What files and report do I receive?
You receive the agreed PNG/JPG designs, captions, calendar and a summary of metrics available during the order period. Editable design source files and advanced attribution reports are not included. Very recent posts may have limited data.
