Do I need my own server, or do you provide hosting?
You keep control of your own server (AWS, DigitalOcean, Contabo, or on-premise) and I install and configure everything on it. I can also help you pick and size the server.
Will your customizations break when I upgrade ERPNext?
No. I never edit core files. All customizations go into a separate custom app or use Customize Form, so bench update stays safe.
Which version do you work with?
ERPNext v14, v15 and v16 with the Frappe Framework. I can also support older v13 sites and plan the upgrade path.
Can you migrate my existing data?
Yes, customers, suppliers, items, stock balances, opening accounts and open invoices from Excel, Tally, Zoho or another ERP.
My workflow is unusual. Can ERPNext handle it?
Usually yes, through custom doctypes, scripts and workflows. Send me the process and I'll tell you honestly what fits ERPNext and what needs a custom app.
