Do you need TeamViewer / AnyDesk?
No. In almost all cases, temporary WordPress admin access and your SMTP or mailer credentials are all that's required. Screen share is only needed if configuring personal Gmail OAuth.
Why are emails still in spam after SMTP?
SMTP fixes the delivery pipeline from your website, but inbox vs. spam placement depends on domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC). These can be checked and configured in the Premium tier or as an extra.
Is WP Mail SMTP Pro included in this gig?
No, third-party plugin premium licenses are not included. The free version of WP Mail SMTP works for most standard setups. If you need Pro features, you will need to provide the license.
Can I use a personal @gmail.com account for SMTP?
Yes, but Google enforces strict daily sending limits (around 500 emails/day) and requires an App Password or OAuth. For business volume, a custom domain with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Brevo is recommended.
