I led the end-to-end migration of Dynamics 365 CRM from v8 to v9 for one of Qatar's largest commercial banks, covering solution re-architecture, C# plugin refactoring, custom workflow conversion, and process re-engineering. The upgrade was delivered on schedule with zero unplanned production downtime, a significant outcome given the scale and risk profile of a live banking environment. A major part of this was converting and modernizing legacy C# plugin and custom workflow activity code to align with the Dynamics 365 v9 SDK and Customer Engagement architecture, removing deprecated API calls and materially improving performance, stability, and long-term maintainability. I also architected and optimized REST API integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and three core banking platforms, Equation, KONG, and PRIME, resolving critical connectivity defects and ensuring reliable, real-time data synchronization across business-critical financial operations. Throughout the upgrade, I managed both managed and unmanaged solution packaging, solution layering, and environment promotion across DEV, QA, and PROD using Azure DevOps, keeping deployments consistent, auditable, and repeatable. I diagnosed and resolved complex plugin, workflow, and API defects across the full upgrade lifecycle, working closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Technical Leads to reduce post-deployment incidents and speed up UAT sign-off cycles across multiple concurrent release windows. On the data side, I designed T-SQL stored procedures and custom SQL dashboards to surface real-time CRM configuration and reconciliation data, removing manual reporting overhead for banking operations teams. Post-migration, I continued delivering KingswaySoft SSIS integration enhancements and ongoing CRM support, keeping the system stable and resolving live incidents without disrupting banking operations.
