Yes. Send me the rejection email. I fix the cause (extra permissions, remote code, missing privacy policy, single purpose, misleading listing), update the code and listing, and resubmit until it is approved.

Yes. Every extension is built on Manifest V3, as Chrome now requires. I can also package it for Microsoft Edge and Firefox, and migrate old Manifest V2 extensions to V3.
