What is beta testing and why do I need it?
Beta testing means real people use your product before your customers do, so usability issues, broken flows, and bugs get caught while they're still cheap to fix — not after launch when they cost you reviews and refunds.
How is beta testing different from full QA testing?
Beta testing focuses on real-world usability — how actual users experience your product. Full QA (available on Standard/Premium) adds structured functional, load, performance, and security testing on top of that.
Do real people test my app, or is it automated?
Real people, on real devices — not bots or scripts. That's the whole point of beta testing: catching what automated tools miss, like confusing flows or awkward UI on a specific phone.
Can you test a specific flow, like signup or checkout?
Yes — tell me which flow matters most and I'll focus the beta test there, in addition to general usability. Just let me know the priority areas when you send over access.
Can you test a pre-launch or unpublished app?
Yes — I can test via TestFlight, an APK, a staging link, or test credentials. Your product doesn't need to be publicly live for me to test it.
What will I actually receive after the test?
A clear report with every issue found, annotated screenshots, and screen recordings — delivered in Word, PDF, ClickUp, or Jira, whichever your team uses.
Do you test on both Android and iOS?
Yes, plus website testing. I test on real iPhone and Android devices, not emulators, so device-specific quirks actually get caught.
How many pages or screens does the Basic package cover?
Basic covers a focused 1-page beta check delivered in 2 days — ideal for testing one key screen or flow. For full multi-page coverage, Standard or Premium is the better fit.
Can you test websites too, not just apps?
Yes — website testing is included alongside iOS and Android. I check functionality, usability, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile browsers.
