What website deployment is included?
Basic is a local prototype with a test interface, without hosting or live-site integration. Standard adds one widget on one compatible website in one buyer-owned hosting environment. Premium adds daily refresh of the agreed public-page list; uploaded documents are refreshed manually.
How are content limits counted?
Basic: 10 items/10,000 words; Standard: 30/50,000; Premium: 75/100,000. Both caps apply to extracted text. An item is one text-based PDF, TXT/Markdown file or approved public page. Files max 10 MB; pages must work without login, whole-site crawling or browser-only rendering.
Which shared limits and tests apply?
All tiers cover one English chatbot, one knowledge base and one OpenAI model configuration. Basic, Standard and Premium include 15, 30 and 50 agreed test questions. Standard and Premium include server-side credentials, request-size limits and a rate limit.
What setup details and revisions are included?
Standard includes supplied branding and a manual refresh command. Premium adds a refresh-status log and your existing support-page fallback link. A revision is one consolidated feedback round within the agreed scope.
What is a RAG chatbot?
It retrieves relevant passages from your approved content to help answer questions. Documents are indexed for retrieval; this does not train a new AI model.
Which content can I use?
Text-based PDFs, TXT/Markdown and approved public webpages you may use. Scans, OCR, private-site scraping, sensitive datasets and per-user document permissions are outside these packages.
Will every answer be correct?
No. AI can make mistakes. I include source references, fallback behavior and agreed answerable and unsupported test questions. You receive the results and known limitations.
Which package goes on my website?
Basic is a local working prototype. Standard and Premium include one compatible website widget and one agreed deployment environment. Premium also refreshes the approved webpage list daily.
Are hosting and future changes included?
API usage, hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate. Revisions cover the agreed scope. More data, languages, features, model training, unlimited consulting or enterprise compliance need a separate estimate.
How do I provide access safely?
Use limited project invitations where available and enter secrets in your own provider dashboard. Do not send passwords or API keys in Fiverr chat. We agree on the providers and permitted content before setup.
