▶️What I will need to provide?
You will require to provide the accurate size in inches/centimeters, all the content (text/images) that you want to incorporate in your packaging box design, any design reference that you like or even some bullet points on the design will be of great help.
▶️How it works?
Our process is simple, we will first work on your provided requirements -> provide you with a draft -> work around your feedback to improve the draft and once the design is finalized by you, we will send you all high DPI files and editable source files.
▶️How much time does it take to get the initial concept or draft?
We usually provide the first draft before the expected delivery time (usually between 48 - 72 hours). Although you can order express delivery GIG extra to receive your draft within 12-24 hours. Each change request can take up to 6-24 hours because of the difference in time-zones.
▶️You have high number of orders in queue, can you still work on my project?
We are a dedicated, talented, and trained team. Fully capable of executing the product packaging design that you and your customers will fall in love with. You can order our relevant pricing package for box design in confidence, knowing your project will be handled with the attention it requires.
▶️ What files do I get?
Once the design is finalized by you. You will get editable source files in Ai along with high DPI PDF, Jpeg and PNG file which you can forward to your supplier/manufacturer/printing company for pixel-perfect printing.
▶️ How many revisions do I get?
You get ONE Concept and it covers up to 9 revisions. You can always buy more concepts or revisions from our GIG extras. Our revisions cycle discontinue after you have marked the order as complete - and we have delivered all source files + high DPI files.
▶️ Can you write the copy(text) for me?
No. We are not copywriters and we cannot write or proofread copy(text). You will have to provide an exact copy(text) that you want to incorporate on your product packaging box design.
▶️ Do I need to provide all the images?
Yes and no. You can provide the images you definitely want to incorporate on your packaging box design. For instance; logo and your product images. If you want to incorporate stock images - you can either provide us with those or direct us on what type of stock images you require in your design.
▶️ What if I require revisions after the order is completed?
We understand that sometimes you have to change text or logo. If that is the case, you can message us on Fiverr's Inbox and we can do it for free for you. We will charge a minimal fee if you require a change in color, addition of text or images, or adding any sort of new design elements.
▶️ Why do you not provide unlimited revision?
Up to 9 revisions is a good amount of revisions to finalize a design. Although, we can understand if it can take more than 9. We will do everything in our power to provide you with a solid design which you and your customer will fall in love with!
