FAQ
What types of WordPress issues can you fix?
I handle all common WordPress issues including white screen of death, 500 errors, plugin and theme conflicts, broken layouts, login issues, slow loading, and database errors.
How do I know if my site has malware?
Signs include sudden redirects, Google blacklist warnings, suspicious code in files, unknown admin users, or your hosting provider flagging your account. I run a full scan and remove all threats.
Will fixing my site cause any downtime?
Most fixes are done live with zero or minimal downtime. For major repairs I work on a staging environment first and migrate once everything is confirmed working.
What do I need to provide to get started?
You will need to share your WordPress admin login, hosting cPanel or DirectAdmin access, and a description of the issue you are experiencing including any error messages.
Is my data safe during the fix process?
Yes. I take a full backup before touching anything on your site. Your data is never shared, modified beyond the fix scope, or deleted without your approval.
What is included in the monthly maintenance plan?
The Care Plan includes weekly backups, plugin and theme updates, uptime monitoring, monthly performance checks, and priority support for any issues that arise.
Do you offer a guarantee on your fixes?
Yes. If the same issue returns within 7 days of delivery I will fix it at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is covered.
