FAQ
What do you need to start?
Please provide the book title, subtitle, author name, genre, target audience, short summary, preferred style and any approved images or branding. Paperback orders also require final trim size, page count and cover-template information.
Do you provide the KDP cover template?
Please provide the correct template or final publishing specifications for your book. If your page count or trim size changes later, the wrap may need to be adjusted and will be separately scoped.
Does the paperback package include the spine and back cover?
Yes. Standard and Premium include the front cover, spine and back-cover layout based on the specifications you provide.
Can you design only an ebook cover?
Yes. Basic is designed specifically for a front-only ebook or digital-book cover.
Do you write the back-cover blurb?
No. Please provide final approved back-cover copy, author bio, endorsements and other text. Copywriting and proofreading are not included unless separately agreed.
Do you create custom illustrations?
Custom illustration is not included in the standard packages. I can work with your supplied artwork, licensed imagery or design elements appropriate to the agreed concept.
Will I receive an editable source file?
Yes. The included editable source is Canva unless another format is agreed before ordering. PSD, AI and InDesign files are not included by default.
Can you guarantee my book will sell better?
No designer can guarantee sales or rankings. I focus on creating a clear, professional cover that suits the book, its audience and the agreed positioning.
What is included in a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes to the selected design direction. A completely new concept, new title, new imagery or changed book specifications may require additional scope.
Can you match the interior of my book?
Yes. If I am also designing your interior, the cover can follow the same visual system. Cover and interior work are scoped separately so the deliverables remain clear.
