I work as a Presentation Designer, collaborating with executives, marketing, product, sales, communications, and other internal teams to transform complex ideas, business information, and strategic messages into clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations. I manage presentation projects from start to finish. I begin by understanding the purpose, audience, key message, and content requirements, then organize the information into a strong visual narrative. From there, I develop the design direction, create the slides, build data visualizations and diagrams, apply brand standards, incorporate animation or multimedia when needed, and prepare the final presentation for delivery. I work across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, and Keynote, creating executive presentations, business decks, sales presentations, product presentations, investor decks, strategy presentations, and keynote materials. A key part of my role is maintaining consistency across the company’s presentation ecosystem. I create and manage templates, master layouts, reusable components, icons, charts, visual guidelines, and presentation systems that help teams produce professional, on-brand presentations efficiently. I also work directly with senior leaders and presenters on high-visibility presentations, adapting storytelling and visual design to their communication style, audience, and objectives while maintaining brand consistency. My day-to-day work involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing content, responding to feedback, making quick revisions, researching complex topics, and delivering polished presentations under tight deadlines. I continuously improve presentation workflows by creating reusable resources, simplifying repetitive design tasks, and developing scalable systems that make it easier for teams to create high-quality presentations.
