Director & Lead Mobile App Developer
SoftThrive • Full-time
Sep 2021 - Present • 5 yrs 1 mo
Leading a mobile development studio delivering Flutter and native Android/iOS applications for clients worldwide. I oversee the full delivery cycle — requirement scoping, app architecture, UI/UX design, development, QA, and Play Store / App Store publishing. Highlights: • Directed delivery of 100+ mobile apps across e-commerce, on-demand services, health & fitness, and education • Built and managed a team of Flutter and native developers, reviewing architecture and code quality on every project • Designed scalable backends with Firebase and Node.js, including auth, real-time data, push notifications, and payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal, local gateways) • Established the studio's UI/UX standards, cutting client revision rounds and speeding up approvals • Handled client communication directly — from first brief to post-launch maintenance and store compliance updates
