Do you provide an SMTP account (SendGrid/Mailgun, etc.)?
I can recommend the best option for your needs, but accounts/paid plans are purchased by the buyer.
Will this fix password reset emails too?
Yes—Standard and Premium include password reset testing. Basic includes a single SMTP sending test.
Will you test my contact form emails?
Yes—Standard and Premium include contact form testing and fixing common “reply-to/from” mistakes.
Can you fix WooCommerce order emails?
Yes—if WooCommerce is installed, Standard and Premium include a WooCommerce test email.
Do you guarantee inbox (not spam)?
No one can guarantee inbox 100%. But Premium includes DNS/authentication help to improve deliverability.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin access is required. For Premium deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), DNS access is needed.
Will you change anything else on my website?

How long does it take?
