FAQ
Which automation tool do you recommend, Zapier, Make.com, or n8n?
It depends on your specific needs and budget. Zapier is best for simplicity and speed. Make.com is better for complex, multi step workflows with a visual builder and more affordable pricing at scale. n8n is preferrable if you want self hosting, full data control, or custom AI agent workflows.
What information do you need from me before you start?
Before I start building, I'll need: the apps/tools you want to connect, a clear description of the trigger (what starts the workflow) and the outcome (what should happen at the end), any API keys or login access to the relevant apps, and any sample data or edge cases I should account for.
Who owns the workflow after delivery? Will it run in my account?
You own everything. All workflows are built directly inside your Zapier, Make.com, or n8n account, your credentials, your data, your automation. I never store your API keys or sensitive information. After delivery, you have full control with no dependency on me to keep it running.
What happens if the workflow breaks after delivery?
Every delivery includes a 7 day free support window for any bugs or issues directly related to the work I built. After that, I offer affordable maintenance packages for ongoing support. Most well built automations run reliably for months without intervention.
Can you connect apps that don't have a native integration, or handle complex logic like conditionals and loops?
Yes, If there's no native connector, I use the app's REST API directly via HTTP requests. I build workflows with branching conditional logic loops that process each item in a list, pagination for large API datasets, and human-in-the-loop approval steps. If it has an API, it can be automated.
