What should we agree before ordering?
Send your technical brief, runnable repository and API documentation. We agree the workflow, sample data, validation rules, acceptance tests and exclusions before ordering. Please confirm availability first; I deliver alongside my full-time developer role.
What counts as an API operation?
One operation is one HTTP method and path, counted across inbound and third-party calls. Packages cover one application, environment and documented provider. We agree the request/response schema and business rules; complex transformations need a separate quote.
What is included in each package?
Basic: up to 2 stateless operations. Standard: up to 4 operations and 2 database models. Premium: up to 6 operations, 3 models, Docker and one CI test workflow. All include source, tests, configuration guidance and handover for the agreed module.
Can you work with my existing application?
Yes, after reviewing the repository, runtime and setup instructions. The project must run locally. Database packages use an agreed PostgreSQL or SQLite setup. Existing authentication can be reused; new OAuth, SSO or login systems require separate scoping.
Will the integration change live business data?
Basic is read-only. For larger packages, nonfinancial writes are agreed and tested in a sandbox first. Production migrations, payment processing and live data changes are excluded. Credentials must be shared securely, never in public requirements or source code.
Are hosting and ongoing maintenance included?
Hosting, domains, API usage and third-party subscriptions are paid by you. Delivery includes setup instructions for one agreed environment. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and production deployment are separate services.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated round of changes within agreed acceptance criteria. New workflows or endpoints need a separate quote. Includes 7 days of handover questions, up to 30 minutes. Reproducible defects against the agreed scope will be addressed.
