Which package should I choose
Basic suits a new account with one store. Standard is for multiple stores, larger catalogues and warehouse workflows. Premium is for anything that needs custom code, like CRM/ERP sync or automatic purchase orders. If you're unsure, message me and I'll recommend one.
Do I need to share my ShipStation password?
No. You can add me as a user from Settings > Account > Users, and remove me once the work is done. For custom API work I'll also need an API key, which you can revoke at any time.
Can you work with my existing setup?
Yes. I can review and fix an existing account, clean up automation rules that conflict, or add new stores and features without disrupting orders you're already shipping.
What if I have more stores or SKUs than the package includes?
Message me before ordering and I'll send a custom offer based on your stores, product count and the automations you need.
Do you offer support after the project is finished?
Yes. Small fixes during the revision period are included. After that, I can offer ongoing support and maintenance for a recurring fee.
