Which problems can you solve?
Most Windows, email, printer, network and account issues. If I can't fix it, I'll tell you honestly and won't charge for work I couldn't complete.
Is it safe to give you remote access?
Yes. You watch the session live and can stop it at any time. Access ends when the session ends, and I recommend changing your passwords afterwards.
Do you support Mac or Linux?
My specialty is Windows and Windows Server. Contact me first for other systems.
Can you help my company with several users?
Yes. Message me for a custom quote for teams or recurring support.
What if the problem comes back?
The Standard and Premium packages include follow-up support. You can also add it as an extra.
