What do you need from me to start?
Clear photos of the part from several angles with a ruler or coin beside it, plus its key measurements. If you have a 3D scan, STL or OBJ, send that instead. Message me first if you’re unsure.
What if my part is broken in pieces or missing a section?
Send all the pieces you have. I rebuild the missing section from the remaining geometry and your measurements. If it can’t be done accurately, I tell you before starting.
Which files will I receive?
A print-ready STL or 3MF. Standard and Premium also include an editable STEP file. A technical drawing or DXF is available on request.
Will the printed part fit exactly?
I set tolerances for FDM and resin printing, but accuracy depends on your measurements and your printer. If it doesn’t fit, send me the issue and I’ll revise it for free within your package limit.
