Do I need my own server?
No. I can host it on mine for the first month, or set it up on yours. Both are included in the price.
Can the bot take payments?
Yes: Telegram Payments, Stripe or crypto. Payments are included from the Standard package.
Can I edit the texts and prices myself later?
Yes, that is what the admin panel is for. It is included from Standard up.
Do you build Telegram Mini Apps?
Yes, but message me first. It is a different scope and gets a custom offer rather than a package.
How long does a simple bot take?
Three days for Basic. A complex bot with payments and integrations takes about two weeks.
Can you build the same bot for Discord?
Yes. The second platform is an extra, because the logic is reused but the interface has to be rebuilt.
Will it keep working if Telegram changes something?
Small breakages are covered in the support window. Monthly maintenance is available if you want it handled permanently.
Can the bot connect to our CRM?
Yes, if the CRM has an api or webhooks. Tell me which one before ordering and I will confirm it is possible.
