2. Scope of Work

The setup will cover:

1. Google Workspace Mail

• Domain verification via GoDaddy DNS.
• MX record configuration to enable Gmail for the domain.
• Setup of user accounts and aliases.
• Enable IMAP/SMTP access for email clients.
• Activate security features (2FA, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

• Configure Outlook Desktop & Web to access Google Workspace emails.
• Add GoDaddy mailbox to Outlook for centralized email access.
• Ensure IMAP/SMTP connectivity for all accounts.
• Synchronization of folders, contacts, and calendars (where applicable).
