I will need access to your WordPress admin dashboard (URL, username, and password). If severe issues or server-level tasks need to be fixed, hosting or cPanel/FTP access may also be required.
Is this service suitable for WooCommerce online stores?
Yes! The Standard and Premium packages are specifically designed to include e-commerce functionality, product management support (up to 50 products), and payment gateway integration checks.
Will my site go down during updates?
No, I perform updates and maintenance carefully to ensure zero or minimal downtime. Critical updates are always preceded by a full site backup so everything can be restored instantly if needed.
What if my website is already broken or infected with malware?
Please contact me before placing an order. If your site has severe malware issues or is completely broken, we can discuss the scope of work and I will send you a custom offer.
