About me
Hi, I am Valli, a San Francisco Bay Area photographer. I stumbled into photography from the world of filmmaking, directing commercials and irreverent documentaries. My first feature doc, SunGanges, tackled water, energy, and environment in a way that ruffled feathers, bagged some shiny international awards, and landed on Netflix in 2019.
Now, I channel my, documentary-style spontaneity into personal brand photography. Recipients say my shots feel like stories unfolding in real-time, capturing authentic, unscripted moments that highlight peoples' true spirit and energy.

Valli is great! She communicated with me every step of the way and took great pictures for us. I wish I would’ve been told that my balloon arches was falling before one of the picture sets were being taken though. I could have fixed it before she started taking the pics. I’ll need to crop a few to make it still work. She took fantastic family pics!
