Yes. This gig provides one dedicated CAD drafting professional assigned to your projects throughout the monthly subscription, ensuring consistent quality and communication.
How many hours are included per month?
Basic: Up to 40 drafting hours per month. Standard: Up to 80 drafting hours per month. Premium: Up to 160 drafting hours per month. The amount of completed work depends on the complexity of each project.
What type of drawings can you support?
My specialty is millwork, joinery, cabinetry, furniture, and retail shop drawings. I also support architectural layouts, elevations, sections, power & lighting layouts, and basic MEP coordination (AC grille/location) based on 20+ years of drafting experience.
Do you provide source files?
Yes. All packages include editable source files (DWG) along with PDF drawings unless otherwise agreed before the project starts.
Do you provide engineering design or approval drawings?
No. This service focuses on CAD drafting and fabrication shop drawings only. Engineering calculations, structural design, and permit approval drawings are not included.
What happens if my work exceeds the monthly hours?
If your workload exceeds the hours included in your package, I will notify you in advance. Additional drafting hours or a package upgrade can be arranged before continuing the work.
