I am a Ph.D. biologist with a background in comparative endocrinology, molecular genetics, and bioinformatics. My research examines how hormones and genes regulate physiological processes in invertebrates using molecular, biochemical, and computational approaches. I have experience with DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, ELISAs, HPLC, RNA-seq, transcriptome assembly, differential expression, and data visualization in R and Python.
