What will I receive?
You receive a coverage checklist and a bug report with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, severity, and annotated screenshots. Screen recordings are limited to the number included in your package.
Which real devices do you test on?
A Windows PC with Chrome and Edge, a physical Android phone, and a physical iPhone. I test on real hardware, not emulators or browser simulators. The exact device models and OS versions are recorded in your report.

Do you test login and user permissions?
Yes. I check signup, login, logout, password reset, and whether a user can reach pages or data they should not have access to. Please provide a test account for each role you want checked.
Do you test API endpoints?
API checks in Postman are included in Premium, and can be added to any package as an extra. I check status codes, response data, error handling and authentication. Please provide the endpoint list and a test token.
Do you test e-commerce checkout and payments?
Yes, I validate cart, checkout and payment journeys on Shopify and WooCommerce stores when you provide a test account or access. Live purchases and real payment transactions are not included.
Do you guarantee a specific number of bugs?
No. Findings depend on the product and agreed scope. If no bugs are found, you will still receive the coverage checklist and test results. Testing does not guarantee that an app is bug-free.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers corrections or clarification of the delivered report within the original scope. New pages, features, devices and additional testing are not included.
Is retesting included?
Premium includes one retest round for up to 5 originally reported bugs. Please confirm the fix availability and retest schedule before ordering. Retesting is not included in Basic or Standard.
Is my data and access safe?
Yes. I only use the access you provide for this order, I do not download or share your data, and I recommend removing my access once the order is complete. If you prefer, I can work on a staging copy instead.
