Do you provide domain name?
I don't but + I will help you register your own custom domain inexpensively and set up free custom email addresses for your brand (example@yourdomain.com) .
Can I still contact you after the store is done?
Yes! I am happy to help after delivery too. The package includes 7 days of free support and if you need additional modifications after that I can give you a custom offer.
Where do you source the images and graphic work from?
Either (1) you provide them or (2) I use those available with a creative commons license or (3) I can use Getty Images if you add it to the package as a gig Extra.
What if I’m not satisfied with the result? Can I ask for a refund?
I will do everything to deliver the best possible work and revise it when necessary. If the final design still doesn’t meet your needs then yes, I can refund you. *Money-back doesn't apply if you simply change your mind. Avoiding confusion it's best to connect before placing your order.
Is logo included in the package?
Yes. I will make you a basic, simple text logo that fits your brand identity.
Will I be able to make changes to the store myself later on?
In most cases yes, you can. You'll have full autonomy over the site once I transfer the ownership to you.
How will you make the legal pages?
I will use Shopify’s generic templates suited to your business.
Do you set-up payment gateway?
Shopify makes it simple for you by default, you just need to give them some information they need or tell them which 3rd party payment processor you'd like to use. But since it requires the handling of sensitive data I'll need to leave it to you.
Is my store ready to make sales after it is delivered?
