What do I need to provide before we start?
Please provide your business information, logo and branding if available, preferred style, required pages and any content you already have. Don't have everything ready? No problem. We can discuss what is needed before starting.
Do I need to arrange hosting and a domain myself?
No. Van Oers Commerce can take care of the complete technical setup. Selected packages include professional hosting and domain registration for the first year, including SSL setup and website deployment.
What happens after the first year of hosting and domain registration?
Hosting and domain registration included in your package cover the first year. After that, they can be renewed annually. Renewal options and costs will always be communicated clearly in advance.
Are revisions really unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited revisions are included within the originally agreed project scope. New pages, functionality or requirements added after the scope has been agreed may require an additional order.
Will my website work on mobile phones and tablets?
Yes. Every website we build is responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Do you also build online stores?
Yes. We specialize in e-commerce and WooCommerce as well. For a complete online store with products, payments, shipping and checkout functionality, please contact us or use our dedicated WooCommerce service.
Can you build custom functionality?
Yes. We can develop or integrate custom WordPress functionality depending on your requirements. Please contact us before ordering if your project requires advanced functionality or third-party integrations.
Do you provide SEO?
We provide a solid technical and on-page SEO foundation, including SEO-friendly structure and configuration. Ongoing SEO campaigns, backlink building and guaranteed search rankings are not included.
Can you write the content for my website?
Yes. If you don't have finished website copy, professional website copywriting can be added to your order. You provide the key information about your business and we'll help turn it into website-ready content.
Can we discuss my project before I order?
Absolutely. In fact, we recommend contacting us before ordering for larger or more complex projects. We can discuss your requirements and determine which package or custom solution fits the project.
