Which package should I choose?
Basic is for one simple task between 2 apps. Standard suits most businesses: a full workflow with AI. Premium automates a whole process with multiple workflows. Not sure? Message me before ordering and I'll recommend the right one.
Do I need my own n8n account?
Yes, the workflow runs on your n8n so you fully own it. You can use n8n Cloud or a self-hosted server. If you don't have one yet, add the "n8n setup" extra and I'll set it up for you.
Are app, n8n or AI costs included in the price?
No. My price covers building the automation. Any subscriptions or usage costs, such as n8n hosting, OpenAI or Claude API usage, or paid app plans, are billed to your own accounts. For most small businesses these costs are low.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of the task step by step, the apps involved, and access to them (API keys or a shared login via secure method). The clearer the steps, the faster I can deliver. I'll confirm the full scope with you before building.
Which apps can you connect?
Almost anything with an API or webhook: Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs and Forms, Slack, CRMs like HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, databases, payment tools and custom APIs. If you're unsure about a specific app, message me and I'll check.
What counts as a "step"?
Each action in the workflow is a step, for example: receive a form, read the data, send it to AI, save to a sheet, send an email. That's 5 steps. If your process needs more than your package allows, I'll suggest the right package first.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
I test every workflow on real examples before delivering, and add error alerts in Standard and Premium. If a bug from my build shows up within 7 days, I'll fix it free. For ongoing changes and support, add the 30-day support extra.
Do I own the workflow?
Yes. You get the full workflow on your n8n account plus an export file, and it's 100% yours to use and edit. I don't keep access unless you want ongoing support.
