FAQ
Do I need to share my Stripe or PayPal login password?
No, never share your account login credentials. For Stripe, you can invite me as a developer team member via your dashboard or provide restricted Sandbox/Test API keys. For PayPal, you only need to provide the Sandbox API Client ID and Secret key.
Can you work with gateways other than Stripe and PayPal?
Yes. I integrate any payment provider that provides standard REST API endpoints or webhook support, including Razorpay, Authorize.Net, Square, and regional gateways. If you use a custom provider, send me their API documentation before ordering.
Will this work if my account is not fully verified yet?
Yes. I can build, wire up, and fully verify the entire integration and webhook flow using Sandbox/Test mode. Once your merchant account verification is completed, you simply switch your environment variables to the Live keys.
How do webhooks prevent duplicate charges or failed updates?
Webhooks run independently of the buyer's browser. I implement asynchronous listeners with idempotency verification and database checks. If a user closes their browser mid-checkout, the webhook still receives the event and updates their status in your database without failing or double-charging.
Do you provide frontend UI integration as well?
Yes, for standard implementations such as Stripe Elements, Stripe Checkout redirects, or PayPal Smart Buttons. If your application requires a heavily custom-built frontend design, message me beforehand so we can confirm the frontend scope.
