Unfortunately, we’re not happy with the service :(( - Our expectations were not met, despite clearly sharing the ACOS and ROAS targets. - Communication has been poor. - The process management has been unclear. - The delivery time is incorrect. We agreed on a 30-day management period, but the delivery is set to 7 days—presumably to receive funds earlier.
