Hi, I'm Vatsal, founder of Waypoint Software in Nova Scotia, Canada. I build small custom web tools that replace spreadsheets, paper forms and copy-paste work in a small business.

I build custom web apps, automations and hiring systems for small businesses. I work in HR as an HRIS administrator, and before that I coordinated over 200 hires across an 8-store retail district. I build invoicing, booking and guest-page tools (React, Supabase), Microsoft 365 automations with Power Automate, SharePoint and Forms, n8n workflows, and hiring kits with job descriptions and scored interview guides. My own products: Keegix for rental hosts and Staffkin for small employers. I build with AI coding tools and test everything myself.

Who owns the code and the data?
You do. I can set the project up in your own Supabase and Netlify accounts, or move it there at handover, so you keep the code, the database and the hosting under your name.
Are there ongoing costs after delivery?
Small tools often fit on the free tiers of Supabase and Netlify. If your tool needs more storage, users or features, those services charge their own monthly fees, which you pay to them directly. I will tell you what to expect before we start.
Can you change or add to the tool later?
Yes. Revisions in your package cover changes to the agreed scope. New features after delivery can be done as a new order or a custom offer.
Do you use AI to write the code?
I use AI coding tools to speed up the work. I review the code, test each screen and fix issues myself before delivery, and I walk you through how the tool works.
