I will reverse engineer your part into a precise 3d cad model and printable file

About this gig
Got a physical prototype or 3D scan you want turned into CAD? Ill recreate your object in SolidWorks/Fusion 360, delivering clean 3D CAD and 3D-printable files. Ideal for legacy parts, concepts scanned from clay models, or fixing STL issues. Just send me a scan or detailed photos from all angles. Ill measure/scan and rebuild the geometry with full parametric control. Youll get solid models ready for manufacturing or printing, plus the drawing or specs if needed.
With precision from each curve and hole, I ensure an accurate digital twin. I also fix common scan problems (holes, flipped normals) so your file prints flawlessly. Deliverables can include editable STEP/IGES and optimized STL/OBJ. Add a drawing if you need dimensions documented. This gig saves you the headache of dealing with messy meshes you get exact CAD ready for any use.
Why use reverse engineering? Clients often need it when the original design data is lost. Whether its a broken CNC part or a 3D sculpture, Ill reverse-engineer it into something you can edit and reproduce. Lets breathe new life into that part!

FAQ
What kind of references do you need?
I can work from 3D scan data (like .OBJ or .STL files) or clear photos/sketches from multiple angles. The better the input (e.g. a full 360° scan), the more accurate the model.
Can you handle organic shapes or just mechanical parts?
Yes, I can reverse-engineer complex organic shapes too, though very free-form sculpture may take longer. Geometry that’s largely mechanical is easiest.
Is the resulting model suitable for modification?
Absolutely. The final CAD will be fully parametric, so you can modify dimensions or add features. You’re not stuck with the original geometry.
