Do you guarantee approval?
Nobody controls carrier review, and anyone who promises 100% is guessing. What I guarantee: a compliant submission, a fixed website, and free resubmissions for 30 days until it's approved.
Can every business get approved?
No. Cannabis, CBD, vaping, gambling, loans, debt collection, credit repair and third-party lead generation are usually rejected for good. Message me before ordering if you're in one of these.
How long does approval take?
My work takes 2–3 days. Carrier review usually takes a few days, sometimes 2–3 weeks. I deliver once it's submitted, and I keep handling any rejection free for 30 days.
My campaign was rejected. Can you fix it?
Yes, this is most of my orders. Send me the rejection reason or error code, and I'll tell you what caused it and whether Basic or Standard fixes it.
Why was my campaign rejected when the form looked fine?
Carriers check your website: privacy policy, terms, SMS consent wording, opt-in form and business details. If any are missing or don't match your campaign, it fails. I fix all of them.
Sole Prop, Low Volume or Standard brand?
It depends on whether you're incorporated and how many texts you send. Registering as the wrong type is a common rejection, so I check this first.
Does my website need to be on GoHighLevel?
No. I can fix pages on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Shopify too. If you don't have a site, I can build a simple compliant one on GHL as a custom offer.
Are registration fees included?
No. Brand and campaign fees are charged by GoHighLevel/LC Phone to your account. My price covers the work and the resubmissions.
