I clean and prepare your supplier CSV for Shopify import.
You receive a CSV for NEW products in draft mode, a control report, transformation notes, a 3-product pilot and import guidance. I normalize agreed columns, prices and weights, check SKUs, duplicates and required fields, and flag inconsistencies. Missing or ambiguous facts are never invented: blocking issues must be clarified before an import file is released.
One consistent CSV source per order. Basic: 100 simple products; Standard: 500; Premium: 2,000 rows. Base packages exclude variants. Structured variants are an extra after sample approval; every variant counts as a row. EUR source/store by default; other conventions need prior approval.
Before ordering, send 5 sample rows, row count and your Shopify mapping. Complex files or new mappings may need a quote or be declined.
Local processing, AI assistance and human review. No store access needed. You test the pilot import. Source quality and Shopify acceptance of invalid data are not guaranteed.
One correction against the original brief is included. New data/rules cost extra. No bulk manual entry, product content creation or supplier scraping.

Do you need access to my Shopify store?
No. I deliver files, a control report and import instructions. You run the 3-product pilot in draft mode and keep control of importing and publishing. No Shopify login or store access is required for the standard service.
Which files and products are covered?
One readable UTF-8 CSV for new physical products, with a consistent structure and agreed mapping. Base packages cover simple products without variants. EUR source and store by default. Excel needs review and lossless CSV export first. PDFs, scans and updates to existing products are excluded.
Can you prepare structured variants?
Yes, only after I review and approve your sample and mapping. The Structured variants extra is $60 and adds 1 day. Supply the product groups and option values; each variant counts toward the package row limit. Complex or ambiguous variants may need a custom quote or be declined.
What happens if data is missing or inconsistent?
I flag missing values, duplicates and conflicts in the control report. I never invent prices, SKUs, weights or product facts. Blocking ambiguities must be resolved with you before I release an import file. Duplicate removal or merging follows agreed rules; no silent deletions.
What does the included revision cover?
One correction of my processing against the original source and agreed brief is included. A new file, new products, new data or changed rules is a new request or an agreed paid extra. The included revision does not cover unlimited changes.
What is excluded from the standard service?
No bulk manual data entry, product copywriting, translation, supplier scraping or image sourcing. Inventory, barcodes, metafields and updates to existing products are excluded unless separately agreed before ordering. New mappings and excessively complex files need qualification or a custom quote.
Is Shopify import acceptance guaranteed?
I check the file within the agreed scope and provide a control report. You test the 3-product pilot before the full import. I correct errors caused by my original processing, but cannot guarantee source-data accuracy or Shopify acceptance of intrinsically invalid or unsupported data.
Are product images included?
I can retain public HTTPS image links supplied in your file. You must have the right to use those images and confirm their availability. Image research, editing, downloading and hosting are not included. The gallery shows illustrative demos, not past client results.
How are my files handled?
Send only product-catalog data needed for the job, with no customer, order, payment or other personal data. Processing is local with human review. Any external AI processing of your source file requires prior agreement. Working copies are deleted 30 days after closure unless otherwise agreed.
How do delivery and express work?
Standard delivery is 3 / 4 / 5 calendar days for Basic / Standard / Premium after complete requirements. Express costs $60 and reduces these to 2 / 3 / 4 days. Contact me first to confirm availability and file suitability. Structured variants add 1 day.
