Do I need to buy any plugins or licences before we start?
Not for the Starter or Launch package. Those run on the free edition of Dokan or WC Marketplace, which covers vendor registration, dashboards and commissions. The Full Build uses the pro version, and you buy that licence directly so it stays in your name.
What do vendors actually get?
Each seller gets their own dashboard where they add products, set prices and stock, see their orders, manage shipping, and track earnings and payouts. You keep admin control over approvals, commission rates and refunds.
How do vendors get paid?
I configure commission rules and split payouts so each order is divided between you and the seller automatically. Payouts run through Stripe Connect, PayPal or scheduled manual withdrawals, depending on what is available in your country.
Can you convert my existing WooCommerce store into a marketplace?
Yes. Migrating a single-seller shop to a multi vendor setup is covered in the Full Build. Your existing products and orders stay in place and get assigned to a vendor account.
Will the site work properly on phones?
Yes. The theme, checkout and vendor dashboard are all tested on mobile, tablet and desktop before delivery, because most marketplace traffic arrives on a phone.
Can you add features that are not listed here?
