1. What do you need from me to start?
Floor plan sketch, photos, measurements, or existing PDF/DWG files work. If you only have ideas, just describe the room layout and size you want. I’ll handle the rest.
2. What file formats will I receive?
You’ll get JPG and PDF in all packages. Standard and Premium also include DWG files for AutoCAD editing.
3. Can you redesign an existing floor plan?
Yes. Send me your current plan and tell me what you want changed. I can optimize flow, add rooms, or adjust dimensions.
4. How many revisions are included?
Basic: 2 revisions. Standard: 3 revisions. Premium: 5 revisions. Revisions cover layout changes, furniture, and dimensions. Structural changes count as a new order.
5. Do you provide 3D views or renders?
3D is available as a gig extra. Message me before ordering if you need 3D views.
6. How long does it take?
Delivery is 2-5 days depending on the package and project size. Need it faster? Choose the 24h rush delivery extra.
7. Is the plan to scale and ready for construction?
Yes. All plans include accurate dimensions and are drawn to scale. Premium package includes detailed dimensions and circulation notes for contractors.
8. What if I’m not happy with the result?
I offer revisions until you’re satisfied with the layout. If the project scope changes completely, we’ll adjust the order.
