About this gig
Your Skool group isn't quiet because your content is bad. It's quiet because nothing tells a new member what to do in their first 10 minutes.
I build Skool communities as complete systems onboarding flow, classroom structure, gamification, and a paid tier people actually renew.
WHAT I SET UP FOR YOU:
Community build: branding, banner, logo, welcome post, rules, channel structure
Classroom: course upload, modules, learning paths, PLR/MRR organization
Onboarding: a first week member journey that turns silent signups into posters
Monetization: membership tiers, subscriptions, payment and funnel integration
Automation: CRM integration, content scheduling, engagement prompts
I work with coaches, consultants, credit repair pros, PLR/MRR sellers and course creators - including niche builds like credit repair frameworks and homebuyer checklists.
Message me with your niche and your offer. I'll tell you exactly how I'd structure your Skool before you pay me anything.

FAQ
Do I need a Skool account before we start?
Yes Skool is a paid platform and the community has to live under your account, not mine. Start the free trial, send me admin access, and I'll build inside it. That way you own everything from day one and there's no handover risk later.
Do you write the course content too?
I structure, format and upload I don't write your curriculum from scratch. Send me your content in any form (docs, slides, videos, PLR/MRR files) and I'll turn it into a clean classroom with modules, lessons and a logical learning path.
I have PLR or MRR products. Can you organise them into a community?
Yes, this is one of my most requested builds. I take the raw PLR/MRR files, break them into structured modules, set up the classroom, gate them behind the right membership tier, and connect payment so buyers get access automatically.
How long does a full build take?
A standard community setup takes 3–5 days. A full build with classroom, onboarding, tiers and payment integration takes 7–10 days. Timeline depends mostly on how fast you get me your content and access — I'll give you an exact date before we start.
Can you move my community over from Facebook, Circle, Kajabi or Discord?
Yes. I've handled migrations across all of those. I rebuild your structure inside Skool, reorganise your content into the classroom, and plan the member announcement so people actually make the move instead of quietly dropping off.
Will you set up payments and subscriptions?
Yes. I connect Stripe, set up your membership tiers and pricing, and make sure the checkout-to-access flow works end to end. I'll test a full purchase before handover so you're not finding out something's broken from a paying member.
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things: your niche and offer, your content files, and admin access to your Skool. If you don't have branding yet, I'll create the banner, logo and tagline for you. I'll send you a short intake checklist so nothing gets missed.
Will this actually make my community more active?
Structure removes the main reason members go quiet — not knowing what to do. I build onboarding, a first-week journey, gamification and a content plan. You still have to show up and post; I make sure everything around that is working for you.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Every build includes 14 days of post-delivery support for questions, tweaks and fixes. If you'd rather have me manage the community, run content or handle ongoing engagement, message me and we'll set up a monthly arrangement.
